Applications open for unique leadership course!

London Housing Foundation and London South Bank University invite applications for 2020.

London Housing Foundation sponsors a unique one-year part time post graduate course in leadership and management for the housing and homelessness sector provided by London South Bank University.

Over the last five years managers from over 40 homelessness organisations have enrolled on the course. Over a third of students have then gained promotion, usually within their own organisations.

The course covers leadership, finance, organisational development and governance and students gain a post graduate qualification from the School of Business at London South Bank University!

Comments left about the course:

Yvonne Scott Henry is an Area Manager from ThamesReach and graduated from the course. She said:

It is very relevant. It opened my eyes, allowed me to scrutinise and challenge my organisation. I am more confident to progress and I am much better at what I do now; I can help Thames Reach to grow!

Becky Rice is the LHF Course Director. She said:

The course has gone from strength to strength and we are seeing excellent results. Students tell us that they not only benefit from the academic work, but also develop networks of learning and support that continue long after they have graduated.

London Housing Foundation fund the majority of the fees to ensure access is not restricted for those who would benefit and to ensure smaller organisations can refer staff as well. All graduates are eligible for London Housing Foundation’s professional development courses.

PLEASE NOTE: APPLICATIONS FOR 2020 ARE NOW CLOSED!
