LHF is pleased to offer an ongoing programme of learning, events, and development for our course alumni. Designed to build on your leadership journey, the programme provides a mix of opportunities each year, including:
- Training courses – At least one course annually for alumni on topics such as advanced finance and negotiating and influencing.
- Special events with guest speakers – Hear from leaders in politics, academia, and public services through our “In Conversation With” series and other exclusive sessions.
- Action Learning Sets – Piloting in 2026, these provide structured peer learning to tackle real-world leadership challenges.
- Social and networking event – Annual December gathering to connect with LHF alumni and friends and expand your professional network.
- Support for external learning opportunities – LHF may provide targeted support for individual development.
