Our programme is aimed primarily at those who have completed the post graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management Course, although if places remain available then organisations LHF support, or organisations who have been shortlisted for the London Homelessness Awards are invited.
A series of one day courses in central London are held on a variety of subjects, in the last few years these have included:

- Influencing and Negotiating Skills
- Media Skills
- Pitching for New Business
- Crisis Communications
- Social Media
